Welcome to the Sion Stroke Recovery Conference 2023! We are delighted to have you join us in this endeavor to advance the understanding of and treatment for stroke recovery. Our conference will gather leading experts from diverse fields to tackle the challenges, explore new directions, and discuss innovative neurotechnology-based interventions. Together, we aim to accelerate progress toward precision stroke medicine and disruptive treatment strategies, ultimately improving the lives of those affected by stroke.
The event will be hosted at EPFL Valais, in Sion, conveniently located just steps away from the Sion train station.
The Sion Stroke Recovery Conference is an event organised by the Unit of. Prof Hummel. Since 2016, professor Friedhelm Hummel leads the Defitech Foundation Chair in Clinical Neuroengineering, hosted by EPFL, and connected to the Neuro-X Institute. Located in Switzerland, EPFL is one of Europe’s most vibrant and cosmopolitan science and technology institutions.
